services - Therapy / Coaching

As a Specialist service provider and qualified mental health professional, I am often asked what the difference is between life coaching and therapy and how can they help me.

Essentially therapy focuses on mental health and emotional healing, whilst life coaching focuses on setting and achieving goals.

Therapy is a useful resource in exploring, working on and addressing problematic past suffering, beliefs, behaviours, feelings, relationship issues and a host of other things that are upsetting your balance in life.

During therapy, we can help you to explore and reduce / eradicate self-destructive habitual behaviours, work through painful feelings and emotions and support the repair process caused by the psychological effects of difficult and unsettling past / present experiences which will lead to a more stable, healthy, and happy future.

Coaching can help you to set realistic and achievable goals with support and accountability which in turn will help to provide you with a stable, supported and goal-orientated view of life, increasing quality of life and enabling you to move forward positively.

If you think we could help you or someone close to you, please get in touch.

Individual therapy and coaching sessions are charged at £85 per hour
